Nexus Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004 in Ningbo, China, one of the world’s largest fastener and hardware manufacturing clusters. What started as a single cold-forging workshop has grown into a 42,000 sqm production base with forging, CNC machining, heat treatment, plating and assembly under one roof.
Today we employ 480 people, export to more than 60 countries and supply over 300 distributor and retail brands through OEM and private-label programs. Our product lines cover industrial fasteners, hydraulic cylinders and pumps, and professional hand and power tools.
Our approach
We believe international buyers deserve the transparency of a factory and the responsiveness of a trading company. Every customer is assigned a dedicated export manager, and every order is tracked from raw material to container loading in our customer portal.
Quality and compliance
Nexus is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949, and our in-house laboratory is accredited to ISO 17025. We are BSCI audited and comply with REACH and RoHS requirements for the European market.

Founded in Ningbo
Started as a cold-forging workshop producing hex bolts and nuts for domestic customers.
- 2009
First export order
Shipped the first container of DIN fasteners to a German distributor; export licence obtained.
- 2014
Hydraulics division
Added CNC machining and assembly lines for tie-rod cylinders and gear pumps.
- 2019
New production base
Moved to the 42,000 sqm Ningbo facility with automatic plating and an ISO 17025 laboratory.
- 2024
Tools and OEM programs
Launched the NX power-tool platform and passed the 300-brand mark for private-label programs.
