Full-thread hex bolts in carbon and alloy steel, M6 to M36, available zinc-plated, hot-dip galvanized or Dacromet coated. ISO 898-1 certified batches.
Our DIN 933 hex bolts are cold-forged from 35K and 40Cr steel and heat-treated to grade 8.8, 10.9 or 12.9. Sizes range from M6 to M36 with lengths up to 300 mm; metric fine thread is available on request.
Every production lot is tested for tensile strength, hardness and coating thickness, and ships with a mill certificate and ISO 898-1 test report. Salt-spray resistance for Dacromet coated parts exceeds 720 hours.
MOQ is 500 kg per size. Standard packing is 25 kg cartons on fumigated pallets, with private-label packaging available for distributors.
Lead time is 15 to 25 days after deposit for standard sizes. Nexus stocks over 800 tons of common sizes for urgent orders.
