HSG Series Tie-Rod Hydraulic Cylinders
Double-acting tie-rod cylinders for mobile and industrial machinery, 25 MPa working pressure, bore 40 to 200 mm, custom stroke and port configuration.
The HSG series is a double-acting tie-rod cylinder built to ISO 6020/2 mounting dimensions, suitable for presses, agricultural machinery, waste compactors and construction equipment.
Cylinder tubes are honed to H8 tolerance from ST52 seamless steel; piston rods are induction-hardened and hard-chrome plated to 0.03 mm minimum thickness. Seals are Parker or Hallite as standard.
Standard bores are 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 125, 160 and 200 mm with strokes up to 3,000 mm. Ports, mounting style and rod-end threads are configured per drawing.
Each cylinder is pressure tested at 1.5 times working pressure before shipment and carries a 12-month warranty. MOQ 10 units per specification.
